Managewise provides automated payroll notifications to ensure timely approvals and payments

5.1 Payroll Approval Notifications

• Managers receive reminders before the payroll cut-off date

• Employees receive notifications if timesheets are pending approval

5.2 Payment Processing Notifications

• Once payroll is processed via Xero, Sage, or BrightPay, employees receive confirmation emails

• If there are discrepancies in payroll data, the system flags them for review
